You can't judge a coach by how nice he/she is, gott to have game


No-one disliked Thomas, and he lots of moments at VT, HOWEVER, the program flatlined why the rest of our peers upped their game... His traditional methods were just not working.

The new staff, treat the game as a science and working on fundamentals and NEW fundamentals.That was NEVER done to the players. They are passionate and played against some of the best....
We've seen this in men's basketball, some on women's basketball, and women's lax
